I AM INSPIRED BY H. H. the Dalai Lama to share Nirvana or bliss with everyone this month of February. Nirvana Day is Feb. 15th and I sensed that we could all appreciate a month of elevated consciousness. So with this in mind, I suggest that you begin each new day asking yourself what can I do today to elevate my BLISS? And lovingly follow whatever impressions, ideas, suggestions, inspriations that come to you. Bliss is our natural state of being. Happiness is the truth of who we are. Allowing ourselves to embrace this enhances what's already there just waiting to come out. Giving ourselves permission to be happy, blissful and fully engaged in life.
Enjoy the refreshing new choices that come as a result of experiencing your bliss each day. Enjoy too the opportunites to see when you are not fully engaged in your bliss and re-direct your energies. Notice when the drivers around you are on their cell phones and this does not bring you bliss or you feel impatient when things are going slower than normal. Opportunites to recognize when you are not in your bliss and return to that bliss.
This practice for the month will heighten your awareness of where your thoughts are going and bring them back into alignment (one of the twelve conditions of a miracle) with bliss which is your true nature.
Share your bliss with others....and keep it alive, vibrant and growing.....

I am now ready to transform.
I am now commanding 100 percent of my own energy field, my lifeforce, back from those I gave it to and those who took it, now and throughout time.
I will protect, clear and align my energy every day.
I will live by strong boundaries of self-love.
I vow to never let anyone treat me badly again.
I vow to honor my true heart and voice.

1) We are shown, while still in the body, the results of our physical actions.
2) As a body, "mankind" is more open and aware of the physical, mental, and spiritual consequences of all actions.
3) The pursuit of material wealth does not necessarily mean the gaining of the same.
4) Raising one's vibration is possible, and is not dependent on the surrounding environment.
5) Healing occurs at levels, and can occur in one seeming swoop.
6) Our well being is dependent upon our own abilities and efforts to connect with our Source. These abilites and efforts are innate.

As we gently proceed into 2012 with the conscious awareness that we are stepping into the most creative time ever it becomes even more important for us to set our intentions of what we desire to create for ourselves and for our world. As the thoughts, ideas, and systems that are not based in Universal Law find themselves non-functional and depleted of energy we are to pay attention to that which is quitely building and creating the new thoughts, ideas and systems that are fully functional and becoming energized at this time.
We have now the opportunity to expand in consciousness to the highest levels we have ever attained in human forms. To do so while being fully grounded in our physical lives and with all the adversity we experience on a daily basis will create in us the greatest potential for mastery ever.
With that in mind, allow your daily spiritual process to include quiet time morning and evening to listen to the guidance coming your way. Also take the time to clear yourself each morning from any negativity experienced in your dream states. This will give you a solid foundation to begin each day's adventure with. Allow each day to unfold in it's own creative way without attempts to structure your time and energy, focus more on flowing with the huge amounts of creative energy pouring through each of us.
We are embarking on a new creative cycle of fertility, imagination, dreams, and abundance. Use these new creative ideas to create fluid abundance in your lives. Clear the way for your creative energies to manifest new ways of being, new ways of doing and new ways of perceiving in your experience.
Become fully committed to your very own unique design, function and purpose. You have available to you the most empowered aspects of self that are now integrating into your physical lives.
Let your dreams take wings!!!
