There are many different forms of seduction. Some people seduce with their eyes, some with their words, some with their money and power, some with their position. Each form of seduction has its own hell to pay. Those who use seduction to get what they want from another person are basically using manipulation though they'd rather not call it that. Seduction sounds sweeter, less ominous as thought it can be forgiven - it's just seduction. The end result is the same no matter what label you put on it. The only choice we do have is to choose from the many ads, pictures and various attitudes people portray what will bring us the desired result we are seeking.

If we eat healthy we will lose the weight we want to and enjoy a better quality of life? If we release our addictions will we be happier, feel freer? Will wearing certain types of clothes make us more attractive to the opposite sex? If we whiten our teeth will they like us any better? What about the type of vehicle we are driving? Will they make judgements about us if we drive a Ferrari, a high powered truck, a Vespa scooter, or a green vehicle like a Prius? So much of our conditioned responses to life have to do with how things look and not how they feel.

Does the buxom blond model type make you happy? Does she care about you as a person? Is she just another notch in your belt? Are you just a cash cow for her?

And for the women, does tall, dark and handsome resonate for you? Can you dance with him comfortably?
Does he like your friends or is he narcisstic and self-absorbed? Does he show an interest in you and what you might enjoy or do you always end up doing what he enjoys?

Why are we all seduced by young images that don't have a sense of themselves, still innocent. They have yet to develop their wisdom and we decide that this is what's hot. Why don't we see ourselves as hot? We have so much more to offer and need to value ourselves and not be seduced by the current trend, what Hollywood sells us or other illusions of happiness.

We are growing up as a nation out of our wide eyed childhood and becoming responsible for our choices and actions to create and educated nation of diverse souls who have learned how to be gentle stewards of our land, water, air, and other resources. A people who can grow healthy and organic food to nourish our bodies. Beings who spend equal time taking care of our bodies, minds and spirits.

People who realize that seduction needn't be our way of life. People who know that making healthy choices in the now will create a healthy future for all of us to share.

I am especially pleased to be here now as an agent for change. To look at what I have allowed myself to be seduced by, to observe without judgement and to allow for new choices, new possibilities to emerge from within me.

We can be leaders and co-creators rather than be seduced by manipluators. We can choose to use our God given powers wisely and for the highest good of all and trust in Creator. We can release the need for competition as a way of life and embrace cooperation for even greater success. I have a choice and so do you!
