And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you; and unto you that hear shall more be given.
From him shall be taken even that which he hath.
And he said, So is the Kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. For the Earth bringeth forth fruit of herself, first the blade, then the ear. But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle because the harvest is come.

All this means is that we need to exercise extreme care in what we are seeing, hearing, touching, tasting and smelling as we create our new world, our new personal reality.

When you sleep you enter a vast sea of consciousness that includes your deepest and most ancient memories, the consciousness of humanity and the consciousness of God.

1) Read and become familiar with the subconscious mind and how it works. The Power of the Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, and As A Man Thinketh by James Allen.

2) Your subconscious mind is similar to a three year old child. Speak to it with simple explanations and commands. Explain what must be done and gently insist that it cooperate.
The subconscious mind craves direction, guidance and strength. Speak to it truthfully, respectfully, happily, fairly and maturely.
