Money is energy. Love is energy. To the extent that you allow these energies to freely circulate in your life you experience happiness and fulfillment. If you choose to block these energies from flowing in your life you are in fear or hoarding.

Hoarding or not letting go is a challenge for many people. It can create stiffness, pain, lack of circulation in the physical body. When it continues for a long period of time disease and disharmony result.

We invite you to surrender these habits born out of fear and to allow yourself to experience love and money in your life. When you cannot let go of a person, situation or experience from your past you will block the potential energy that is desiring to come into your life now. As you lament, keep talking about the past, you are essentially taking an eraser and erasing the future.

Energy follows thought. When you think about the past, you are not in the present. Everyone wants more love an money in their lives, but not everyone is willing to clean their mental house for it to come in. You shower daily to remove the dirt and odors of yesterday from your body, but you also need to cleanse the mind of yesterday's thoughts
and feelings. Meditation, chanting of mantras, sageing your home, doing yoga or tai chi, having a massage or foot reflexology will all help you to release the past. The memories and emotions that are blocked in your body and your mind need help to be released from the cellular level. You will feel lighter and freer for this cleansing and releasing of old emotions and thoughts.

Your energy or chi becomes clear and flowing. You experience harmony, contentedness and peace. You begin to realize the importance of your thoughts and emotions and begin to learn to use them wisely and constructively. There is no truth teaching that teaches people to worry or fear. These energies are not from Source, they are humans miscreations. Source energy is joyful, abundant, ever flowing. Allow yourself to feel what it feels like to have love and money in your life.
