Consider the Source, consider how wonderfully and beautifully you were made with everything you require to be healthy, happy, productive and able to share your gifts and talents with others.
Consider the very heart of your being and how you are able to bring love to people everywhere you go. Realize how people and animals come to you and seek to be touched by you, loved by you. Consider how your light blesses and changes the world.
Take some time out of each day for quiet contemplation of the Source of your being. Allow that Source energy to fill you to overflowing so that you are radiant, joyful and reposed, then approach the tasks at hand. The answers or solutions will come, the clarity you need will be there. If you get confused, irritated out of your center quietly say to yourself "Lord, show me the way". For you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Remember this and no darkness can harm you.
Stay in your truth at all times. Be present for yourself and those around you. Stay in the now in each moment as Source energy.
Stand tall and strong as a tree. Learn to bend with the wind and keep your mind flexible. All of nature is here to teach you about Creator, the Source of your being. Allow yourself to learn from nature. Observe the world of nature all around you. Learn to live in harmony with it.
Source is the creative force in all things. When you are tuned to that energy you become the conduit for the flow of Source energy that is healing energy, inspiration, artistic creative energy, a heatlhy beautiful meal, a wonderful photograph, a new invention. Allow yourself to be the magnificent vessel for Creator to come through. Each time you allow this you feel all warm and contented inside. You will melt the rigidness of isolation and come into the joy of Oneness.
Oneness is your true home. We are all facets of the same diamond each reflecting our own unique light.
I am you and you are me and we are here and we are all together! Right now!
