When we visualize we create the conduit between our consciousness and Creator's energy. We tap into the Source and allow the mental picture we are visualizing to be manifest into physical form. We see the vision, acknowledge the vision as true, and believe the vison will manifest.

When you visualize you become one with the power of the Source. You reach into the realms of the unmanifest or Heaven and allow the dream to become real. You give it life, form, energy and like a magnet attract it to you.

Spend time visualizing each day. See yourself in a healthy body, peaceful and content, living your dream and so it is.
