Yes, we are in a Mercury Retrograde again. It happens a few times a year as we are given the opportunity to re-view, re-think and re-assess what we have been learning. I personally love it when we have these opportunities as it allows us the down time to integrate our learning and to tune in to our higher selves even more.
Be sure to express your love and tenderness to everyone in your life, affirming the connection you have with them. Be gentle with yourself and with others at this time as we navigate the energies of change within and without.
If you are conscious and aware this time period will bring up for you the choices that you have made and let you see if you really do want what you have asked for. You will begin to feel more aligned with your future self, your current self and the chosen path of trajectory....
Think about it, feel, it embrace it and enjoy it....
For me, the choices are simple.....clean water for everyone to drink, bath in, swim in and enjoy....clean air for everyone to breathe deeply and refresh themselves in.....clean food for everyone to nourish themselves with, regenerate their bodies with and sustain healthy lives with....
