It is I Yeshua, here to speak to you today. I have recently made contact with many of you from the Church. I have asked that you more clearly devote yourselves to the work. That your hearts and minds become open, fluid and accessing higher dimensions. Also, that you spend time each day in prayer, in rememberance, rather than in scurrying about in forgetfulness.
The seeds that were dormant in each of you are ready to burst forth full of the energy of co-creation. Now is the time to prepare the 'soil', your energy bodies that surround your physical form.
The mental, emotional, spiritual and causal bodies require more light to maintain and sustain optimal health and well being. Fill these bodies with White Christed Light that they might have the nourishment they need at this time.
Enjoy the resulting health and wellness on all levels and dimensions.

As you "Re-Set" the energies for 2012, establish yourself in Success. Success includes feeling good about yourself, good about where you are in your life. Positive about the changes you have made, observant of the lessons you have learned.
Continue forward embracing all your power and potential. As you step into the 'realms of glory' feel your resplendence. What was unattainable is now at your fingertips. Everything you touch is forever changed by the light of your love.
As we prepare to birth the cities of light, know that each of you is individually giving birth to a higher and clearer aspect of your selves. This will neccesitate time alone, re-establishing healthy boundaires, making new choices for where you desire to live on the planet, severing old contracts, agreements and relationships and establishing win/win agreements and finally resolving any remaining pieces.
The speed at which this will occur may surprise or startle you. 2012 is a new trajectory!

It is I, Adama, from TELOS, home of the Lemurians who are now activating the Atlantean Temple Crystals in Arkansas. We are pleased to announce many new changes that will be coming forth on the surface of Terra, Earth, Gaia as she is witnessing the abrupt end of the control by those of lesser light.
1) Look for new ET ships and stronger communication with those of you on Earth. We have many new fleets in our command as we have joined forces with those are are ready to Implement the Divine Plan, Heaven on Earth.
2) Witness new breakthroughs in technology for humans. We will be bringing with us new technologys and teaching those of you on Earth how to use them for humanity.
3) Witness greater numbers of souls discerning and choosing a higher path. Also witness those souls who are completed with their "stay" on Earth returning to their home planets and stars.
A golden beam of light connecting them to their ship and the beings who will guide them to their home in the Universe.
4) Monetary and social changes. Relax regarding issues of monetary exchange. Loosen your grasp and the fears that keep you from allowing the free flow of energy to you and from you. Soften your hearts as you learn to take care of what your needs are. Let go of the frivilous and unimportant. Focus on good health, including mental health and wellness, good hygiene and care of the physical form and a daily spiritual practice to help integrate the increase of light coming to your planet.
And finally, note that we are with you making contact in your dream states, your meditations and aware of the physical and psychological factors that are affecting each of you. Remain steadfast and secure.
